It’s going to be the wedding of the century and the most talked about dress of the century so WWD asked numerous designers for suggestions – here are their designs..

Prince William and Kate Middleton released their official engagement pictures this weekend, taken by Mario Testino last month at St James’s Palace. Kate wore a Reiss dress with Links jewellery and a blouse from Whistles for the two pictures, one a formal portrait and the other a more relaxed embrace.
